1.  Wash Your Face Daily - Wash your face at least twice a day.  Daily washing your face removes the impurities of the skin and you get a fresh look.  You can use any regular face wash which is gentle on your face.  Don’t rub your face harshly.  Use fingers and gently massage and rinse with plain water. Clean your face daily to remove all dirt and oil from your face. 

2. Moisturize your Face - Always moisturize your face.  Moisturizing skin after wash is really very necessary.  It not only keeps your skin soft and glowing but also reduces the chance of any skincare problem.  Use Coconut Oil / Aloe Vera Gel which is easily available at home to moisturize your skin.  The moisturizer keeps your skin healthy and glowing.

3.  Drink Lots of Water – For radiant skin drink more and more water.  It will keep your skin cells hydrated.  Drink at least 8 glasses of water in a day.  Water makes your skin glow and soft.  For glowing skin, you also can add some juice to your daily routine like Carrot, Beetroot, Cucumber, and Tomato Juice.  These are also easily available at home.

4. Eat Healthy Diet – Add healthy food to your daily routine.  There is so much to eat to get radiant and healthy skin.  Tomatoes, Broccoli, Papaya, Cucumber, Walnuts, Sunflower Seeds, Avocados, etc.  These are full of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals as per their properties. Tomato has natural vitamins and minerals which have amazing anti-aging properties.  Avocados help to hydrate and soften the skin.  Pumpkin improves skin tone. 

5.  Sleep Well – Sleeping at the correct time is the best way to get glowing and healthy skin in just a few days.  Yes exactly, you heard correct, I am talking about to sleep and get healthy skin.  The best time to sleep is night.   Sleep daily for at least 8 hours.  When you sleep, your skin comes into repairing mode which improves skin.  Overnight your skin cells work and the next day after taking a good sleep you get soft and glowing skin.  But don’t forget to wash your face before going to bed.
