Hey Friends!!!

WANT TO TRY SOMETHING NEW & CREATIVE??? What about GLASS PAINTING???

Glass Painting attracts all. It is a colorful, glossy, and unique art form.  People are crazy for doing glass painting.  They buy products of different brands without having proper knowledge of products and techniques to use those products.

So today I am going to tell you about Glass Painting and I will share step by step easy and creative Glass Painting Technique with a tutorial video.  I hope you will learn and enjoy it.

WHAT IS GLASS PAINTING???
Painting on a piece of glass is known as Glass Painting.  It is an art form and done on stained glass.  These days the OHP Sheet/Transparent Sheet has replaced the glass for glass painting.  OHP Sheet is easy to use, safe, and light-weight transparent sheet.
Kids are advised to use only OHP Sheets for glass painting.

WHAT COLORS SHOULD BE USED FOR GLASS PAINTING???
There are so many brands of Solvent-based and Water-based Glass Paints are available in the market for glass painting.
Solvent-based glass colors are flammable and release volatile organic compound (VOCs) Proper ventilation and safety equipment is required to use solvent-based glass colors.
Water-based glass colors are easy to use, easy to handle, non-toxic, and safe for kids.
So, I strongly recommend using Water-based Glass Colors for Kids' Glass Painting Activity as it is safer than Solvent-based Glass Colors.

WHAT'S MY RECOMMENDATION???
Fevicryl Hobby Ideas Glass Colours are the best colors to use for glass painting.  These are non-toxic and water-based colors.  Ready to apply on the glass/OHP sheet and do not require any medium to mix.

WHAT WE NEED FOR GLASS PAINTING???
All we need is :
1. A piece of glass with smooth edges/OHP Sheet
(OHP Sheet is strongly recommended for Kids)
2. Glass colors (Water-based colors recommended)
3. Glass Outliner (Available in many colors)
4. Zero number round pointed paintbrush
5. A soft cotton cloth to clean the glass/OHP sheet surface
6. Pencil to draw a design/reference lines
7. Eraser & Sharpner

HOW TO MAKE
1. Draw design on a white sheet.
2. Clean the OHP sheet with water and dry it with a soft cotton cloth.
3. Place the design behind the OHP sheet and start tracing the design. Use the outliner to draw outlines of the design on the OHP sheet.  Draw outlines very slowly.  Clean the outliner tip regularly to avoid the thick lines.
4. After completing tracing start coloring.  Use zero number pointed round paintbrush for coloring.  Always pour less quantity of colors in Palette otherwise color gets dry and thick.

JOB IS DONE...Our Glass Painting is ready.  This is the final look of my Glass Painting.
